At Elevé Tallwear, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, and final sale items cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact us at elevetouch@outlook.com with your order number.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you’d like a different size or item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elevetouch@outlook.com with photos of the product.
- We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll assist you further.
